Our apartments are equipped with

• smart LED TV
• free Wi-Fi
• room safe
• hair dryer and make-up mirror
• kitchen equipment including plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, ...
• complete laundry (dishcloths, fluffy sheets, cuddly hand- and bath towels)

Deposit & payment
When reserving, we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total! The booking is valid only after receipt of the deposit! Only cash or advance transfer is possible! We kindly ask you to pay your bill the evening before 18:00.

Check in: from 3:00 pm
However, should you arrive before 3:00 pm with us, you can definitely leave luggage with us and possibly even earlier check in.

Check out: until 10.00 am

Holiday with your dog:
By arrangement your animal companion is also welcome! We charge € 15,00 / day (without food). We ask you to bring your dog basket and at the same time ask for your understanding that your four-legged friend in the apartment may not be left alone.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation fee will be calculated from the daily rate, less visitor's tax.

Up to 3 months before arrival, the cancellation is free of charge, then up to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50%, then up to the day of arrival 70% will be charged, for no-show or early departure 100% will be charged.
